ECOLOGY
ECOLOGY Mother Earth needs our respect, our support, our love. We have to reclaim our role as guardian of our planet. Once we become aware of our sacred connection with all of creation, a love and respect for Mother Earth will be evident. In other words, once we recognize Earth as a giver of life, we will love her as a Mother, respect her and protect her from harm....
We will stop depleting the soil and devastating its fertility; we will stop polluting the air and the water; we will stop extinguishing species and damaging the ecosystem. We will understand our connection with Mother Earth and show our love.
While we may remember the sacredness of human beings, we have forgotten that the Earth is also sacred and that its soul can speak to ours. We therefore have to take responsibility for its physical and sacred nature, and their interrelationship.......L. Vaughan-Lee ( Sufi )
